30-day returns
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Start by emailing support@signetadecor.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not need to return the item.
Not returnable
- Opened candles, diffusers and scent refills, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items damaged by installation or use
- Anything marked Final Sale on the product page
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is refunded only if the return is our error.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
