Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors do not oblige us to sell at that price.

Products

We photograph products as accurately as we can. Colors can differ between screens, and dimensions may vary slightly within stated tolerances.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, and the Targon name and logo — belongs to WindSpace LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
