Refund policy

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@signetadecor.com with your order number to start a return.

Damaged or incorrect items: send a photo within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund, with no need to return the item.

Opened candles, diffusers and scent refills cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Items marked Final Sale are not returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
