Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Estimates are after processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs and weather can add time.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is scanned. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked for anything further on delivery.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email support@signetadecor.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not shipped.
